One week has passed, AppleThe power button on my PowerBook was really
failing to do what it's supposed to do, turn on the machine. I took
it to the Genius Bar to have it fixed last week. I asked the Genius
behind the Genius Bar if the turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks, or even more. He
told me that the machine would be back in 1 week and I would get a phone call
from the store. I was like, Wow! That's a good job,
Apple!
1 week has passed. I haven't received a phone call saying it is being delayed. No updates.
Once I got used to the service in Japan, this kind of service is a little annoying. I should get at least a phone call saying it's being delayed and they're shooting a new date. They are still fixing it! Posted: Fri - October 27, 2006 at 11:32 AM |
