Liqueur? Super Blue?


I thought this was beer when I had it. It wasn't beer. It wasn't happoushu. It says "Liqueur rui" or "a kind of liqueur" on the can. Is it in the same category as Vodka is?
The name also sounds interesting, "Super Blue." Hey, drink it, and feel blue!
