Maneki Neko (Welcoming Cat)


I have seen many different kinds of maneki neko. I heard there is one that holds a surf board, wears sunglasses, and gives the greeting hand gesture ( Closing hand except the thumb and pinky are sticking out straight. How do we call that gesture?).
