Snow Frog Cream Stewed...


It seems that Chinese desserts are getting popular in the Bay Area. Although I am not Chinese, I know at least 7 places that are open till midnight on weekends. I went to one of the places in San Mateo, and found this item on the menu. I have no idea what the snow frog cream stewed... Is it Cantonese slung?
