Isn't this fried vegitables rather than fried noodles?


I was hungry and bought a yakisoba, fried noodles with some vegitables, but I was like, "Isn't this fried vegitables with some little noodles?". Maybe this is what yakisoba is in the U.S. served by Japanese Americans. Nahh. They probably know it's not.

It was a Japanese festival held at a nearby park. I was so hungry, so I wanted to get something stuck in my stomach for a while. I guess I had fired vegetables! After all, this is California, the state of health-driven people.
